Six half-day sessions were held during one week in March – two each in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch – as an introduction to Agile. All of the free sessions filled up quickly.

While the sessions were free, Assurity asked attendees to make voluntary donations to the Child Cancer Foundation which provides practical and emotional support to children with cancer and their families.

“We’re delighted that Free Agile Week not only gave people an introduction to Agile but that we raised some money for this much-needed cause. Thank you to everyone who participated,” says Edwin Dando, Consulting Manager – Training.

• We will be running another round of free Agile sessions in July. Watch out for more details.

Sue Jury, National Manager of Fundraising for the Child Cancer Foundation hands Assurity’s Auckland GM, Darren McTigue and Agile Consultant, Steph Cooper with a Certificate of Appreciation.
