As Practice Manager for our Christchurch and Dunedin branches, Keri is responsible for supporting the growth and development of our consultants and ensuring our team is motivated to delight our clients.

Core capabilities

Keri has over 10 years' experience in IT recruitment and HR. She previously worked at Intergen for seven years within their HR Team and spent the last three years working with our People and Culture team before moving into the Practice Manager role. Her core skills include supporting teams and managers in their growth and development and developing frameworks to support this.
