Designed for those looking for a Scrum jumpstart. This practical two-day course prepares attendees to be able to start using Scrum immediately.
The course covers Scrum basics including the framework, mechanics and roles of Scrum. But it also teaches how to use Scrum in the real world via a mixture of modules of theory, followed by its application on a real project.

- How Scrum focuses on quality and how quality is maintained
- Release planning
- The basics of scaling a Scrum project
You will learn what it feels like to be on a real Scrum team – experiencing many of the challenges you’re likely to face – building a real product while being coached by a practising field expert. This ‘learning by doing’ style of instruction demands your open mind and active participation.
We will apply the experiential activities to a discussion of advanced topics, such as how to use Scrum in multiple-team organisations, how to measure progress empirically at a macro level, release planning to maximise ROI and why such a simple framework disrupts organisations to be the best they can be.
