Experience Design Thinking

Designed for those looking for an introduction to Design Thinking, this two-day, hands-on workshop will immerse you in the fundamental principles used in design thinking. A real-world design challenge will be practically applied to the design thinking process, providing a 'learning-by-doing' experience with outcomes that can be immediately put to use.

+ + + + Give me the basics

Immerse yourself in a two-day, hands-on design thinking experience where you'll learn the elements of user-centric and prototype-driven design thinking process from a practising field expert. Techniques will be put into practice right away, interviewing and observing customers in the field to understand what motivates them. Then, take those learnings to ideate and prototype to develop innovative solutions.
