Start a successful future in IT

Our Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to start your career as a Consultant Tester, no matter what your degree – whether it's an LLB, BCA, BA or BCOM. We empower our people to think, challenge the status quo and lead. So our philosophy is that your personality and attitude are more important than your technical skills.

If your application is successful, your career with Assurity will start with our four-week software testing programme. You’ll meet our incredibly passionate team, experience our culture and be challenged in all the very best ways. It's your first step to joining us in the pursuit of better outcomes for our clients…

As part of this year's Graduate Programme selection, we're offering prospective candidates the opportunity to get a taste of what software testing is all about.

The challenge of our Crowd Testing competition – called 'Do you Dig.IT.All?' – is to test some real-world software in the form of New Zealand Red Cross's website to help them discover if a spot on our Programme is for them.

We'll then review the quality of the feedback received, with the graduate we judge to be the Best Graduate Crowd Tester winning a three-week supply of Bargain Box to feed them and a friend for three nights each week. We'll also follow up with an overview of their testing so they have a clear idea of the difference their work made to New Zealand Red Cross.

To take part in the challenge, visit us at one of our tertiary events and we’ll provide you with more information on how to sign up.
