Louise supports our Practice Managers in making timely and informed business decisions and achieving branch targets through co-ordinating our consultant supply/demand pipeline, bookings and profiles. She also provides rich, accurate real-time reporting of current and forecast financials.

Core capabilities

Louise has strong analysis, reporting and facilitation skills, in-depth, practical experience of spreadsheets and dealing with complex datasets and an understanding of resource planning. She demonstrates great attention to detail and has the ability to work with aggressive timeframes and changing demands. She also has strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
